Promotion, Discount & Shipping Terms

All prices, discounts, shipping charges and totals displayed on this site and at checkout are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Orders are charged in USD. Any conversion applied by your bank or card issuer is outside our control.

• One discount code per order. Codes cannot be combined or stacked.
• Discounts apply to the product subtotal only. They do not apply to shipping, handling or any payment-processing fee.
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit, and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.
• Some codes are limited to a set number of redemptions, to specific catalog items, or to a stated date range. Those limits are enforced at checkout.
• A code may be withdrawn or deactivated at any time without notice. Codes obtained through resale, scraping or unauthorized sharing are void.

Standard domestic shipping is included on orders with a product subtotal of $200.00 USD or more, calculated after any discount is applied. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat $13.00 USD shipping fee. Expedited services, re-shipments and address corrections are not included.

Affiliate codes are issued to approved participants and may be used by any customer unless stated otherwise. Commission is credited to the affiliate on qualifying, paid, non-refunded orders only. Self-referral and orders that are cancelled, declined or refunded do not qualify.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, any discount used with it is not reinstated unless the code remains active and within its redemption limit. Partial refunds are calculated on the discounted price actually paid.

All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older and must confirm that all materials are for lawful laboratory research use only. All products are sold for research use only — not for human or veterinary consumption. Promotions do not alter that restriction.
